Originally from Nigeria, Dr. Otaigbe has been all over the world. She spent some time in Great Britain before coming to the United States with her husband, Joshua. They lived in upstate New York and Waterloo, Iowa, where Dr. Otaigbe finished her residency. The Otaigbe’s have lived in Mississippi for 13 years now.
Today, Dr. Otaigbe serves as medical director at both Southern Medical Care, PLLC and Radiant Reflections, PLLC. With the practices located right next door to one another, Dr. Otaigbe is able to float between locations when the need for her expertise arises.
At Southern Medical Care, the focus is on preventive medicine and wellness. The clinic also provides chronic disease management as well as occupational medicine, DOT physicals and flight physicals.

With over a decade of experience, she provides strategic leadership and operational oversight to ensure both organizations deliver a seamless, patient-centered, and elevated healthcare experience.
Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Shemica oversees administrative operations, staff development, compliance, workflow optimization, and executive-level decision-making. At Radiant Reflections, she plays a key role in shaping a luxury wellness environment through program development, brand positioning, and client experience initiatives.
Outside of her professional roles, Shemica is married to her husband, Leo McGill, and is a proud mother of three and grandmother to her grandson. She enjoys traveling, wellness-focused living, community involvement, and creating meaningful experiences with family and friends. Her personal values of integrity, dedication, and care are reflected in both her leadership and her life.
Erin Phillips, Administrative Assistant and Client Concierge
Hi, my name is Erin Phillips and I’m the Administrative Assistant at Radiant Reflections. A South MS native, I’ve called Hattiesburg my hometown for the last 25+ years. I graduated with a B.S. from William Carey University in 2012. While in attendance, I was active in the Pi Omega Sorority, as well as a part of the housing staff, working as a resident assistant for 3 years. In March 2023, I obtained my MFA in Media Design from Full Sail University. When not helping clients at work, you can find me getting messy mixing paint colors and slinging them on a canvas, spending time with my dog, or trying new restaurants with my boyfriend.
Felicia Davis, Massage Therapist
Felicia Davis is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, and Medspa professional with certifications in Bodysculpting and Hydrafacial treatments. She completed her massage therapy education at The Institute of Health and Technology and holds advanced certifications through The Bonner Institute and the Hydrafacial School Partner Program.
Felicia currently practices at Radiant Reflections Weightloss Clinic and Medspa, where she is passionate about helping clients release tension, relax deeply, and feel rejuvenated both inside and out. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, continuous learning, and surrounding herself with positive, like-minded individuals who inspire growth and wellness.

Makisha Sumling is a dedicated Aesthetician committed to delivering exceptional skincare experiences and results-driven treatments. She earned her Aesthetics Diploma from Blue Cliff College in 2024 and holds an associate degree in administrative assistant from Antonelli College (2014). Makisha has continued to expand her expertise by completing certifications in Dermaplaning (Luxe Beauty Academy, 2024), Chemical Peels (Dermalogica, 2024), HydraFacial (2025), and ZO Skin Health (2025). She has also completed training as a Certified Phlebotomy Technician and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant in April 2025.
